Inspire: Forgiving

“…and that you may love the Lord your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him.” Deuteronomy 30:20

I was slighted.

Forgive.

But Lord, I don’t want to.

Forgive.

Lord, I can’t right now.

Forgive.

It doesn’t feel right.

Forgive.

Ok, Lord.

You’ll be healed.

I trust You.

You’ll be strengthened.

I feel relieved!

I know.

Why don’t I listen?

It gets easier.

Thank you, Lord!

Stay close.

I forget.

I’ll be right here.

I enjoyed reading this today. I did have to read it twice because at first I was expecting more words like you use to write. But then I understood how it was suppose to be small but very powerful. I enjoyed how when I was reading I felt like I was having a real conversation with God. A little bit of words go along way when you are talking to God. Thank you for adding this insperation to my week. It’s nice to have extra powerful words during the week. I hope you do continue with this.

    1. Thank you Lori! Yes, Inspire was created to give us just a little more hope as we end our week. I am glad you found inspiration in the few words–isn’t it that way with God? Thank you for reading and commenting, we just love the feedback. May you be Inspired and blessed!
