Inspire: Tend To What Matters Most

“I pray constantly against the wicked and their deeds.” Psalm 141:5 NLT

Whether you garden vegetables in the summer, or tend to one small plant on a windowsill, I’m sure you know how everything that grows is under constant assault from something else. The weather, the elements, the insects; the list can be endless of that which attacks what grows.

But, if you are one who is mindful of what you are growing, you will do whatever you can to keep it all at bay.

Are you doing the same for what is precious in your life?

Every single day, that which was meant to grow by God, is under attack.

Marriages, homes, families, faith, morals—the list goes on.

We shouldn’t be surprised; we should be vigilant!

Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour.

It’s prayer time, friends.

As like giving plants the best products to protect them, we must cover our precious commodities in prayer.

It is the only way to protect against what will destroy.

Start today.

Pray fervently for protection.

Pray a cinderblock wall around everything you hold dear.

Don’t stop!

Even when it all feels like it’s going well—pray harder, pray deeper, pray more!

Keep away what wants to destroy, so that which was meant to live, can.
